Administrative Justice Board

The Administrative Justice Commission is an advisory committee of the Bar Association’s board. Its members are appointed directly by the board and provide their services to it free of charge.
On request of the President of the Bar Association or one of his deputy, they provide their expertise on Aministrative Law on both internal and external matters.
The commission maintains relationships with the regional Administrative Court (TAR) of Lombardy, taking part in the coordination meetings of the Court on matters regarding the administrative trials and other operational aspects of the regional court.
In addition, the Commission co-operates with the associations of administrative lawyers in the training of new lawyers and in organizing conferences about the subject.
During the first part of the pandemic (March – December 2020), the Commission participated in many online events, meetings and conferences concerning safety protocols for the law firms, carrying out trials safely and the correct interpretation of the Government’s emergency legislation.
