Board for Bankruptcy Proceedings and Enforcement Procedures
The Commission for Bankruptcy Proceedings is committed to multiple tasks. The usual in-depth study of issues relating to insolvency and enforcement procedures has been expanded with the setting up of working groups about rental and corporate law.
The primary objective is to provide continuous training and high-level updating, appropriate to the importance and resposibilities that our professional figure has in the society. At the same time, the Commission is the Bar Association’s spokesperson with the judges of the Court’s civil law sections II, III and XIII and with other professional associations. On a daily basis, the Commission supports the Bar Association members in solving various problems related to the legal profession.
