Junior Lawyers Board

The Junior Lawyers Commission has been tasked with the promotion of new skills and ideas for the lawyer profession, in line with new social dynamics and, at the same time, our society’s fundamental values.

Young Lawyers must be supported on this delicate and engaging path, so that they can provide an adequate legal protection to both individuals and businesses in new areas of law. Legal counselling requires a vision and tools that are very different from those used in the past. This is the reason we have chosen to combine innovation and tradition in the legal industry.

AI, Blockchain, Smart Contracts, Prediction Technology, business internationalization, professional networks, multi-disciplinary approaches, fair pay, social networking, these are the main topics the Commission is committed to. To this end, initiatives and training events are constantly organised in the area. The Commission is open to any contribution, hoping for an ever greater involvement of young colleagues from the Milanese district.
