Labour Law Board
The Commission for Labour Law aims to analyze the main provisions in the field of labor law. In recent times, it has been very proactive in examining the legislative measures of the government under a health emergency regime.
In addition to this, the Commission maintains relationships with both the Court and the Appeals Court: in this way, it acts as a useful comparison tool for proposing legislative changes to the labor law.
